Break’s over! The pace of change will continue unabated in 2016.

The last two months has seen the release of the Government’s innovation statement as well as a key Federal Court decision dealing with the application of the small business CGT concessions to companies that have dividend access shares.

We are also much closer to having a new set of rules dealing with earnout arrangements and to deal with the tax treatment of managed investment trusts.
